Full-Time Student Services

The general rules for the organization of studies are defined by the Rules and Regulations of Study at the University of Warsaw.

The Deputy Director for Student Affairs oversees the organization of the teaching process at the Institute of Art History for both first and second-cycle full-time studies. They also review applications forwarded to the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs regarding repeating a year, conditional completion of a year, resuming studies, recognition of subjects from previously studied courses, and other matters related to the course of studies.

The Full-Time Student Office accepts students’ applications, processes students’ achievement cards and issues their prints, confirms their completion of stages or courses of study, issues certificates confirming studies at the Institute of Art History, as well as forms certifying the preparation of the diploma thesis, etc. The Office also registers external students (MISH, MOST) for classes at the Institute of Art History, issues circulation cards and certificates to MOST program students, enters grades obtained during studies and internships abroad under the Erasmus program into USOS (University Study-Oriented System).
